The ground floor has fully equipped kitchen/dining/sitting room with washing machine, microwave and gas oven.

The first floor has one double bedroom with separate shower and WC.

The second floor has one twin-bedded room with its own bathroom and WC.

The house is also gas centrally heated and warm as toast in the winter.
